Hiring Office Administrator in Lincolnshire for stable and growing global machinery company! Job Duties:
Answer incoming calls, assist callers, and forward calls to appropriate person.
Greet Visitors and notify the appropriate party of their arrival.
Ensure the kitchen is stocked with all necessary items on a daily basis
Monitor facility services such as janitorial, snow removal, and landscaping
Assist with scheduling miscellaneous repairs and updates to the facility
Ensure that all vendors doing work in the building have a current certificate of insurance on file
Maintain relationships with all facility and supply vendors
Perform simple maintenance on office equipment and/or schedule outside repair services as necessary
Manage special projects as assigned that may involve cost savings, new processes, etc
Make copies, fax documents, perform other clerical functions and duties as assigned
Support Human Resources and Facilities in basic matters such as reporting and tracking, file maintenance, and other administrative duties
Job Requirements:
Minimum two years experience Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Reception with excellent customer service skills for greeting customers and managing the front desk area
HS Diploma required, some college preferred
Proficient MS Office: intermediate Excel and Word
Able to work onsite every day
Able to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines, maintain a flexible attitude and approach towards assignments, and maintain level of organization in a changing and fast paced environment
Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
