The Custom Club builder is responsible for assembling custom golf clubs in a fast-paced time sensitive environment. This position receives work orders, confirms club components, and assembles components using a variety of tools and machines. The Custom Club builder is
responsible for overall quality of the product, final packing, and shipping.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Assembly of golf clubs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Works with rulers, gauges, hand tools and machines to complete assemblies
Work with varies solvents, for example alcohol and acetone
Responsible for overall club quality and meeting club specifications.
Responsible for work area cleanliness and safety
Able to read and understand work instructions and specifications
Other duties may be assigned
Represent the brand and utilize the 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes, and practices.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Golf Club assembly preferred
High School diploma
Must have a good work ethic
Able to lift 10-20 pounds throughout the day; stands for long hours
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Solid manual dexterity
Prefer at least 2 years' experience performing assembly / manufacturing
Prefer a manufacturing background
Should be able to work daily overtime and weekends when needed
Good verbal and written communications skills
Desire good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to constantly changing manufacturing requirements.
