We are a small, family-owned Real Estate Investment company. We own and manage commercial real estate holdings in New York, New Jersey and California.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, filing and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Maintain Tenant Insurance and Contact files
Assist the Financial, Property and Leasing Managers
Qualifications
High school diploma or relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent time-managements
Real Estate experience is not required, however, office experience is required.
