Pinnacle Partners has an exciting new opening for a client located out of Carmel, IN. This is a full time, direct hire role for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This position does required working fully in office each day.
This role will provide support to a Senior VP in a variety of ways to include:
Document management and ownership of the process
Light accounting support
Calendar and travel management (light)
Schedule coordination
Special projects (project coordination and flow of communication)
Maintaining thorough communication in relation to ongoing tasks and projects
We are looking for professional candidates who have:
Bachelor's Degree
3 to 5 years in administrative support roles with complex responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude for details as it relates to documents involving numbers
Strong organizational skills
Compensation for this role is 50 to 60k depending upon education and experience. A full benefits package is offered. This company does support growth opportunities from within.
