Job Description:

Pinnacle Partners has an exciting new opening for a client located out of Carmel, IN. This is a full time, direct hire role for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This position does required working fully in office each day.

This role will provide support to a Senior VP in a variety of ways to include:
  • Document management and ownership of the process
  • Light accounting support
  • Calendar and travel management (light)
  • Schedule coordination
  • Special projects (project coordination and flow of communication)
  • Maintaining thorough communication in relation to ongoing tasks and projects

We are looking for professional candidates who have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 to 5 years in administrative support roles with complex responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude for details as it relates to documents involving numbers
  • Strong organizational skills

Compensation for this role is 50 to 60k depending upon education and experience. A full benefits package is offered. This company does support growth opportunities from within.
