Formulate the monthly closing process for properties with varied organizational structures and reporting requirements.
Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and budget to actual variance analysis
Prepare and bill cost allocations to properties, prepare true-up of estimated billings, track payment and reconcile inter-company receivables and payables.
Proposed and implemented a change to the T&E reimbursement process that was identified as needing improvement.
Maintain and adhere to existing accounting policies and assist in the development and implementation of new policies.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Finance or Accounting Required
4+ years accounting experience in a managerial capacity required
