Entry Level Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Reach out to existing clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Track and follow-up on a high volume of open issues in order to maintain a high quality of customer experience
Provide impeccable client and customer support by maintaining a positive attitude and creating innovative solutions
Communicate internally, escalating client requests and concerns for prompt and thorough resolution
Entry Level Customer Support Specialist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 6 months of customer service or office support experience, either in a retail, school or corporate setting
Ability to think outside the box to problem solve for customers
Ability to meet daily and weekly goals and metrics
