Our client, a well-established company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to start right away. This position will be located on site in the White Plains office.
Responsibilities:
Administrative support such as answering phones, direct calls, email correspondence, etc.
Act as a point of contact for visitors and employees
Maintain and update records in databases
General clerical duties including, photocopying, scanning, and filing
*Additional duties as needed and directed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields preferred
1+ years of admin experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Accuracy and attention to detail
Verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills
