Job duties and responsibilities:
Process bills and invoices
Accounts Receivable and Payable
Communicate with customers and drivers
Auditing, reviewing, and verifying documents
Updating web portals for customer billing requirements
Data entry
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to problem solve
Strong attention to detail
A competitive and career oriented mindset
Ability to provide excellent service to our customers
Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required
Associates' Degree in a business related field preferred, but not required
Other:
Full time, onsite- 40 hours per week Monday through Friday
