    Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to execute daily operations and administrative tasks within th
  • e office.Provide support in organizing meetings, events, and other special projects a
  • s needed.Offer administrative support to team members as needed, including data entry, filing, and document orga
  • nization.Assist legal staff with research, drafting documents, and preparing ca
  • se files.Act as a liaison between all staff, ensuring effective communication and colla
  • boration.Proactively identify opportunities to streamline office processes and implement efficient s
  • olutions.Handle light personal tasks for the Managing Partners on an ad h
  • oc basis.Light tech troubleshooting and coordination with IT service
  • provider.Report to the Operations Manager, providing regular updates and
