The Sales Support Representative collaborates closely with the sales, operations, and accounting teams to efficiently process orders, monitor their progress, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities:
Process sales and purchase orders promptly and accurately.
Liaise with the sales department and operations team to coordinate order fulfillment.
Manage invoicing for orders, working closely with accounts receivable.
Conduct audits on received purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies with the sales and operations teams.
Procure parts as needed.
Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery, working closely with the operations team.
Interface with customers to process orders, address issues, and resolve concerns.
Collaborate with the operations team to address inventory discrepancies
Additional Info:
Pay: $45- 50K annually
Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday with a 1-hour lunch
Location: 100% in office to start. 1 day a week remote after 6 months in the role!
