Administrative Assistant (39376)

Our client is an organization in the Fox Valley area is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This company is looking for some with 2+ years of administrative support experience, the ability to multi-task and strong communication skills.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide general office duties including answering phones and providing high-quality customer service.
  • Management of calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Participate in meetings by recording minutes.
  • Manage updates on company website.
  • Providing reports as needed.
  • Provide communication and planning between the president and VP.
  • Create and publish content on social media.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

The Administrative Assistant will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
