Job Description:

We are looking for leaders who will change the lives of Latino immigrants, leading with a service-oriented mindset and problem solving skills by delivering personalized and attentive service throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate for this position will revolve around assisting peers and greeting clients by effectively gathering information, conducting preliminary case assessments, and maintaining accurate records; they contribute to the smooth functioning of the firm's intake operations and assist in determining the viability of potential cases. Interacts with customers to provide information, support, and guidance on the products or services offered by our law firm. A customer engagement specialist may also be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and collecting feedback.

Some of the duties and responsibilities are:

Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, email, google chat, or in-person

Answer inquiries and provide information about the law firm's areas of practice, fees, and policies

Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate legal services or solutions

Build rapport and trust with customers and maintain a positive and professional image of the law firm

Generate leads and referrals by promoting the law firm's brand, value proposition, and competitive advantages

Schedule consultations and appointments with lawyers or paralegals and confirm them with customers

Follow up with customers after consultations or appointments and solicit feedback and testimonials

Document and update customer records and interactions in the law firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals, and other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills and Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish with Excellent Communication Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in a sales role is required.

Previous experience in customer service, or marketing, preferably in the legal industry and Latino community is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with customers

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset

A person who acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Resourceful, Proactive and adaptable to changes

Ability to multitask & Fast learner.
