Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for a MED SPA COORDINATOR to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of one year's experience in hospitality, retail, medical office, or other customer service or sales position
Comfortable using email and interacting with Internet applications
Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously
Strong written and oral communication skills
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
Appropriately discuss aesthetic procedures, skin care services, and/or products with prospective patients over the phone; encourages them to schedule an appointment; or transfers to an appropriate team member who can assist them
Schedules appointments for multiple providers, greets patients, and provides appropriate registration paperwork for the appointment/procedure
Collects payments for consultations, skin care, and medical spa services
Completes additional daily cleaning, stocking, and organizing tasks as needed
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & PERKS:
Hours FULL TIME (36-40 hours per week) and THREE-QUARTER TIME (30-35 hours per week): Schedule will require working at least one evening until 7 pm and having one day off per week. No weekends. This is a set schedule, but hours are subject to change based on patient need and special events.
Starting pay for this position is $19.00
