Our client is a mission-focused solar startup with perovskite tandem technology that breaks through the performance limits of existing solar technologies. The company is making solar more efficient, more affordable, and more widely accessible, helping to create a world where all energy is clean energy.
About the role
As a stability technician, you will be responsible for executing in-house accelerated stability tests for solar cells. Your responsibilities include loading and unloading solar cells and modules from various setups where they are aged under different conditions, then measuring and documenting changes in the solar cells upon aging. Working at an early-stage startup, you will play a key role in the company's technical development.

Based on instructions from scientists, you will apply thin-film and device characterization techniques to fresh and aged solar cells and modules to help the team understand potential degradation mechanisms. You will also perform minor maintenance procedures on stability equipment as needed to ensure smooth operation.
