Accuity is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to include arranging travel plans and meetings; interact and liaise with members of the functional team, management and external clients and handle confidential information
  • Build relationships with internal and external clients; obtain an understanding of priorities, projects and preferences in order to meet expectations
  • Utilize systematic quality control to ensure accuracy and proactively addressing issues that negatively impact processes and procedures
  • Proofread emails and correspondence and demonstrate professionalism and tact in interactions with others

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask questions for clarification and understand when to escalate; capable of being consistent and accurately use business applications; capability to create training materials for use in everyday administrative applications and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, web-based research skills and potential to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages; able to prioritize competing requirements and/or deadlines
  • Capacity to work overtime as needed as this is a hybrid position and requires in office presence
  • Communication Skills - Strong written and oral communication skills; advanced understanding of proper grammar and punctuation
  • Solid proofreading skills
