Accuity is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Firm.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to include arranging travel plans and meetings; interact and liaise with members of the functional team, management and external clients and handle confidential information
Build relationships with internal and external clients; obtain an understanding of priorities, projects and preferences in order to meet expectations
Utilize systematic quality control to ensure accuracy and proactively addressing issues that negatively impact processes and procedures
Proofread emails and correspondence and demonstrate professionalism and tact in interactions with others
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask questions for clarification and understand when to escalate; capable of being consistent and accurately use business applications; capability to create training materials for use in everyday administrative applications and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, web-based research skills and potential to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages; able to prioritize competing requirements and/or deadlines
Capacity to work overtime as needed as this is a hybrid position and requires in office presence
Communication Skills - Strong written and oral communication skills; advanced understanding of proper grammar and punctuation
Solid proofreading skills
