Boutique family law firm in Carlsbad CA is seeking a qualified receptionist. Candidates must be able to provide a positive first impression of the company at all times while in charge of answering phones and welcoming visitors. You will need excellent attention to detail and exemplary customer service delivery, written and verbal communication skills. Must be available to work in-office Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering incomings calls, screen and direct calls accordingly
Updates visitor calendar and maintains security by following procedures for visitors
Coordinates set up of visitors with staff as needed
Coordinates mail flow in and out of office, receives and distributes daily mail/deliveries
Sorting and reviewing of incoming faxes
Assist with supply inventory
Qualifications:
Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Good time management skills
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year university
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
