As an assistant grower, you'll help us care for and produce cut flowers through, measurement & data entry, help with irrigation & nutrient delivery, perform crop scouting and chemical/pesticide application.

What you'll do:
Perform accurate and complete measurements and data entry
Perform high quality irrigations and nutrient delivery.
Accurately calculate needed amounts of fertilizers, chemicals, etc
Crop scouting
Proper pesticide application, equipment and PPE procedures
Recognize, investigate, communicate, and help solve items that are outside of controls
When You'll Work: 5 days a week from 7am-3:30pm, which includes one weekend day.
Len Busch Roses offers a competitive wage and increases based on individual performance and not tenure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
Wage: $20.00-$24/hour

Horticulture/Agriculture knowledge and experience
Demonstrated ability to observe crops, data charts, and equipment to see if they are aligned with goals
