Reliable Paving, Inc. is in need of a LICENSED MASTER HVAC person!
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in commercial settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of air conditioning units
- Repair or replace defective parts in air conditioning systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of air conditioning units
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with refrigerants and other hazardous materials
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
```Qualifications```
- Certification or license as an HVAC technician preferred
- Proven experience as an air conditioning technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including understanding of schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance techniques
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with air conditioning units
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems related to HVAC installations
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices and procedures
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
Position requires stamina and coordination.
Must be able to work in outdoor conditions daily.
