Position Title: Executive Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one of our partners. This role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, including cross-training, client service, onboarding, and more. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in an executive assistant role or similar position, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
• Manage the partner's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Assist with expense tracking, reimbursements, and budget management.

Client Service:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain client records and update the CRM system with relevant information.
• Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations.

Cross Training and Development:
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement cross-training programs to enhance skill sets and promote efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
