Leading Private-Equity Firm in Marin seeking an temporary Executive Assistant to join their team for one week of May 7-14th. The primary role of this position will be providing 'white glove' executive support for their Senior Managing Director. In this role, you will be managing extensive calendars, scheduling trips, and partaking in special projects. Your ability to navigate shifting priorities with confidence and ease will guarantee your success in this position. If you can ensure a seamless workday, while managing other projects at once, we'd love to chat! This is an onsite position hours are 8AM-5PM. Comp will be $50-$55 per hour

You will be: • Managing busy executive schedules, calendars, agendas and trips (domestic and international) • Directing incoming calls on multi-line phone system and correspondence • Organizing meetings including logistics as well as meeting materials and presentations • Drafting correspondence, and spreadsheets • Updating CRM with latest entries and reports • Tracking and processing expense reports and internal documents • Providing support and training to team members and reception as necessary • Handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Support business and personal logistics/errands when requested (e.g., picking up lunch, helping return packages, etc.). • Following through on special projects as they are assigned
You have: • Previous experience supporting an executive team in a fast-moving, corporate environment • Professional and polished in demeanor and presentation • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. • Proactive approach to managing tasks • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Zoom • Knowledge of Salesforce, Concur or Tripsware is a plus!
