Seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator with prior experience in either real estate or construction to oversee vendor compliance and insurance requirements for several ongoing new developments. As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that vendors are properly insured and in compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:
Assist in administering of new and renewed insurance policies
Amend and add insurance coverages
Develop and implement vendor compliance policies and procedures
Verify vendor insurance coverage and ensure it meets required standards
Monitor and track vendor compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues and provide guidance on vendor selection
Review vendor contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation of vendor compliance activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in compliance management within the real estate or construction industries
Strong knowledge of vendor compliance and insurance requirements
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry standards
