Assist clients with orders, verifying information and keying information into WinCopy. Receive and place calls and e-mails to clients to communicate with them regarding their orders. Work with different courts and local attorneys across the country to assist with domesticating subpoenas from one state to another. Prepare legal documents including subpoenas and notices. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with other First Legal departments, staff, and coworkers.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PDF programs
Attention to detail
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of subpoenas, records retrieval, and/or WinCopy is a bonus
Schedule/Location:
In Office - Henderson, NV
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Entry Level - Based on experience
