POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provost is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their team. As a primary point of contact for all clients, this person will serve as an integral part of the team. In order to immediately add value, this person must be computer savvy, able to efficiently implement well-defined systems and processes, and have the ability to take charge of all administrative and operational tasks for the company. This person will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple tasks and offer solutions with confidence. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who is prompt, highly- reliable, detail-oriented, personable, and caring.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Owning client service request and interface
Vendor management
Research projects and project managing
File and database management
Implement marketing processes
Participate in daily team huddles to celebrate success, express gratitudes and recalibrate our efforts
Contribute to the company's mission and vision through proactive planning
Build a strong relationship with the team and clients
Create a culture of service and deep care for clients
Manage inbound and outgoing calls
Take ownership over executive projects as needed
Track phone calls to prospect clients through CRM system
Manage the company calendar and scheduling appointments
File documents both in the office and online to ensure an organized work-flow
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Degree preferred
3-5+ years of administrative experience preferred
Industry experience preferred

Strong attention to detail
Self-driven-mindset to take ownership of and follow-through on all responsibilities
Able to set priorities and execute them
