Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Manager at Beyer Wealth in Tampa, FL. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. The Office Manager will also handle communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective marketing knowledge or experience
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
