Provide administrative support to the U.S. senior leadership. Tasks include, but are not limited to, coordinating meetings, managing travel and filing expense reports.
Manage the San Diego office operations-related matters, such as office supplies, IT, equipment, mail and other logistics.
Manage HR-related matters, such as onboarding and offboarding processes, employee benefits, external vendor/consultant engagements and payments, and company events.
Work Skills
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in administration and/or office management.
Excellent verbal and written language skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, TEAMS, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Pro-active and good team player
Not an essential requirement: Ideally, has international and cross-cultural experience. Speaking Chinese would be a plus.
