Job Description:
Pavement Marking/Striping Foreman
Job Responsibilities:
Managing pavement marking projects efficiently and effectively from start to completion.
Comprehension of pavement marking plans and ability to put the plan to the pavement.
Operating mechanical line striping equipment and use of tools necessary to stripe parking lots.
Leading small teams of 2-4 crew members with regards to SOS quality and time standards.
Training new team members on equipment and best processes.
Safely operating trucks and equipment to and from the job.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management team.
Point of contact in the field on striping layout.
Schedule Requirements
M-F availability 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Avg. 40-50 hours/week including weekends.
Must have availability to work weekends and occasional travel/overnight work.
