A Leading Financial Firm is seeking a Receptionist to join their team! In this exciting opportunity, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of a corporate office building in Minneapolis.
This is a temporary role with the potential to go full-time with the right candidate.
What you'll do:
Greet, check in, and assist all employees and guests
Maintain a clean and organized front reception area
Act as the first point of contact for all general building questions and inquires
Appropriately answer, screen and directing/respond to incoming calls and correspondences
Communicate with all tenants on behalf of the building's operations team
Build rapport with tenants and provide excellent customer service
Perform additional administrative duties as necessary
What you'll need:
1-2+ years of administrative assistance or office management experience
Hospitable, customer-service oriented attitude
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and help out
Comfortable working independently with little oversight
