About the role:

We're looking for a talented Customer Service Manager who will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that the customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. As part of our HICC operation team. extensive collaboration will be required with customers, distribution, transportation, purchasing, planning, and finance to ensure all aspects of customer demands are met.

Below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:
  • Supervising and managing the customer service team including tasks and duties.
  • Create effective customer service procedures and standards.
  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • You bring:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
  • Ability to be a leader within the company.
  • Proven experience in people management.
  • Familiarity with ERP/ CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Open-minded and willing to learn.
  • Energetic with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to execute multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English(basic) is a must.
