The ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented and comfortable providing top-level assistance for high level executives/personalities. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings, composing emails and client-facing documents, and selling.
The hiring party is a media personality, podcaster, wellness coach, influencer, and keynote speaker. There are many moving parts to the business (all of them fun and dynamic!), so the ideal candidate is comfortable stepping back and helping to assess and execute tasks in order of importance.
Interest in wellness + personal development a major plus, as that is the underpinning of all elements of the brand.
Responsibilities
Assisting in overall organization of the business, including managing "moving parts" on several different projects at once
Comfortable speaking to associates, stakeholders, and colleagues on boss' behalf
Responding to emails and document requests
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents
Occasional travel to events & activations; on-site execution & management of those events
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Google Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage hybrid working environment (two days a week in-person at boss' home office; 10 hours additional from home for task management)
