Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Assistant at Pancoast & Clifford . As a Department Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, organizing documents and files, and assisting with various day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent phone skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Construction experience a plus but not required.
