The North American institutional sales and consultant relations teams are responsible for selling all investment strategies to North American investment consultants and institutional clients (such as public and private pension funds, corporates, endowments/foundations, and insurance companies). We are looking for a candidate to join the team to help administratively support the sales efforts, and work alongside Analysts, Associates, and sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
Wear multiple hats and embrace all levels of work that range from urgent ad hoc senior management requests to executive assistant coverage.
Booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Succeed in a fast-paced environment and short turnaround on deliverables.
Provide backup coverage to Current Administrative Assistants during vacation/sick days.
Process Events and Conferences (EnC) approvals accurately.
Strong knowledge and experience of Concur for expense management.

Proficient with MS Office, specifically with MS Outlook
