Position Scope: As the Product and Customer Support Manager, where you will
- Lead the charge in overseeing post-sale product support operations.
- Managing both outsourced and internal customer service contacts, as well as technical warranty parts and accessory support teams.
- Dive into analyzing customer reviews, call center interactions, and warranty issues to provide crucial insights and reporting.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and onboard new customer care representative.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Background:
- Record of at least 5 years in supervisory roles within product support, specifically with contact center expertise in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and driving process improvement initiatives is crucial for success in this role.
- Previous experience in Outdoor Power Equipment or Durable Goods Industries would be a valuable asset.
