Position Scope: As the Product and Customer Support Manager, where you will
  • Lead the charge in overseeing post-sale product support operations.
  • Managing both outsourced and internal customer service contacts, as well as technical warranty parts and accessory support teams.
  • Dive into analyzing customer reviews, call center interactions, and warranty issues to provide crucial insights and reporting.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Train and onboard new customer care representative.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Background:
  • Record of at least 5 years in supervisory roles within product support, specifically with contact center expertise in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and driving process improvement initiatives is crucial for success in this role.
  • Previous experience in Outdoor Power Equipment or Durable Goods Industries would be a valuable asset.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
