Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an onsite Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join their team in NYC. This position will operate Monday - Thursday onsite from 9am - 5pm and will require a corporate dress code.
Pay rate: $23 - $25 per hour
Responsibilities:
Register guests with email to access to building.
Schedule candidates and confirm interviews.
Walk candidates to meet with managers.
Various filing and organization; including labeling items in pantry (order coffee, milk for pantry, etc.)
Run dishwasher daily.
Required Qualifications:
Must be bilingual - Spanish speaking.
Experience with Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Word.
Experience putting together flyers for employees.
