Ferguson Mechanical is seeking a Mechanical Assistant Project Manager with HVAC/Plumbing field and management experience. Individual shall possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial, industrial and institutional markets.
Candidates shall also demonstrate the following skills:
?Assist PM's with 1?3 concurrent projects ranging in scope from $50K to $5M
?Plan and spec knowledge
?Project procurement
?MCAA change order pricing a plus
?COP negotiating abilities
?Contract administration
?CPM scheduling
?Strong client relations
?Job cost understanding
?Purchase order admin.
