The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the executive team members. Primary responsibility is to the President/Chief Commercial Officer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage the day-to-day calendars/schedules for members of the executive team.
Responsible for coordinating meetings and arranging travel schedules for members of the executive team.
Prepare business documents, agendas, and other necessary items for meetings and presentations.
Keep executive advised on time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Schedule departmental meetings; assist in meeting prep and distribution of meeting materials and agendas.
Coordinate events both on-site and offsite
Organize and maintain files and records associated with the executive team.
Review and distribute all incoming mail for the executive team.
Type and distribute correspondence, files, and faxes as required.
Attend meetings and take diligent notes.
Receive and distribute incoming phone calls.
Routinely provide a wide variety of support duties.
Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry's best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
Must be familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all Corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work with other departments within PathGroup and subsidiaries.

EDUCATION & LICENSURE:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate's degree or higher level of education preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Two to four years of prior job-related experience is required.
