My client, an investment firm offers an awesome, friendly, hardworking environment. This role will focus on supporting a team (8+ people) working closely with Corporate Access, Portfolio Managers, and Broker Sales Teams.
This is an opportunity to continue building your EA skillset but step into a Manager role. You will assist with managing a team of 12 Team Assistants alongside additional Managers. You are boots on the ground in their NY office!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate high volume of internal and external meeting
Develop relationships with broker sales teams and Investor Relations to effectively plan meetings/calls
Calendar planning: screen for conflicts and make sure teams are coordinated for meetings
Log corporate access and broker interactions in database
Book travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and ground transportation for team
Process expense reports for team
Develop basic understanding of covered sector
Participate in weekly team meeting
Management
Help manage the team of Team Assistants
Training
Answering questions
Acting as a mentor
Performance Reviews
Etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 7 years team assistant experience within financial services with 5 years of management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong time management skills: ability to effectively balance multiple tasks with competing priorities
