Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Review damage assessment results and make recommendations
Coordinate with technicians to order parts and new equipment from dozens of manufacturers
Work closely with a dynamic team of Service Specialists and Claims Specialists to ensure that customers' medical equipment needs are addressed
Build relationships with manufacturer reps and negotiate pricing as needed
