Job Description:
The Travel Coordinator will focus on all travel related arrangements for the entire of the group.
Responsibilities:Including, but not limited to:
- Bookkeeping records
- data processing - Creditors / Debtors
- of Purchase Orders
- reconciliations
- Analysis reconciliation
- tax reconciliation and submissions
- and clerical duties (including filing)
- Applications
- financial reports as requested by management
- other duties / tasks as required by management
Requirements:The following are the minimum skills required to perform the function:
- Diploma or related other financial qualification, or
- Industry related proficiency based on 2 years of experience.
- 10, Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), experience will be advantageous
