Great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support a local non-profit! As the Administrative Assistant, you'll report to the Program Director and assist with greeting guests, preparing reports, answering phones, completing applications, answering program eligibility questions, and supporting special projects. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills, must be comfortable working with mental health clients, and enjoy working in a purpose driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls and emails, answering program related questions and scheduling appointments
Manage phones and direct calls accordingly
Assist Program Director with reporting and preparing for regular meetings
Help program participants with applications, scheduling and needed forms
Audit submitted forms for accuracy and reach out if additional information needed
Support special projects, report and programs as needed
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative assistant or front desk experience, preferably working with a social service agency
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
Bilingual in Spanish required
Immediate availability for temporary assignment with a potential for extension
