The Role:
One of the key features we provide to empower true automation is our Robotic Operations Center (ROC).This feature is critical to allowing us to provide customers with the full power provided by automated drones and ground robots. In this role, you will be responsible as the remote robotic operator for aerial or ground robotics at various customer sites in the USA. You will work with the customer to set up and operate pre-schedule patrols while you monitor the robotic system's video feed and are automatically alerted to people or vehicles detected. Additionally, you will be available for ad-hoc missions and alarm responses with certain customers. You will be expected to have great communication skills as you interface directly with the customer's security team while operating the systems. We will train you on how to operate these systems and basic principles behind the technology, but you will be expected to have some background knowledge on robotic technology. Job Functions:
Operate LandSkyAI's drone and robotic systems on customer sites throughout the USA from LandSkyAI's headquarters.
Plan and operate pre-schedule patrol routes or assist as the systems respond to alarms.
Use LandSkyAI's communication programs to maintain contact with customer's security teams as needed.
Provide on-site assistance to operate drone or robotic systems on deployment.
Provide daily and weekly reports to be shared internally and with customers.
Provide remote support and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements:
Fluent in English. Can read, write, and speak in English.
Proficient in the use of web-based applications.
Familiar with video game interfaces and controls.
Ability to communicate effectively through writing and speaking.
