The CW team is growing and we're looking for an eager, proactive, and high energy go-getter to join our team as a do-everything Executive Assistant to Caitlin herself. While your background can be varied (and we'd love someone with design/creative experience), the most important thing is that you're game for a fast-paced, intense and unique role that will span assisting on design projects, involvement in the product creation process, keeping Caitlin on track and organized and everything in between.
Responsibilities
Assist the founder (Caitlin) with any and all projects/tasks that she need help with, mostly professionally and at times personally
Communicate ownership's business strategy and priorities to the broader team, be key liaison between functional heads and Caitlin
Develop and maintain customer service in the highest profile, because at times you will be the face of the CW brand to both vendors, customers and collaborators
Bring organizational expertise/abilities to create higher-functioning physical environment
Assist with processing of online orders from time to time
Occasionally handle day to day customer services needs
Communicate on behalf of Caitlin to business partners, clients and customers
Anything else that Caitlin asks
Requirements

Highly organized and detail oriented
Problem solver and resourceful
Ability to prioritize quickly in face of many 'to do's
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competence in MS word and Excel
Passion for interior design/home décor a definite plus!
