POSITION: Executive Assistant - to Global Head of Equities and team.

It is important to note that all staff, including C-Suite, are 5 days a week in the (very classy) office in the East 50s Midtown
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communication and Correspondence:
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide concierge-level service and enthusiasm to highly influential people of note.
Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, and other communications.
Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage the Global Head of Equities' and the teams' calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Prioritize and optimize the executive's time to ensure maximum productivity.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Provide comprehensive travel packs with all necessary documentation and information.
Meeting Preparation:
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and relevant materials.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain confidential files and documents, both physical and digital.
Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations.
Expense Management:
Monitor and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Special Projects:
Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Global Head of Equities.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ATTRIBUTES:
Bachelor's Degree required (Business Administration or Finance preferred)
Candidates must have 10 years of EA experience in NYC, in Financial Services, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Hedge Funds
Prior experience working for high-level team
High energy but composed, with a good speaking voice, excellent presentation and confident demeanor
Active listener - take information, process and action it
Sense of humor, humility, earnestness and bright disposition essential
Strong negotiating skills, good listening skills, measured yet responsive
Must be a big picture person while still able to consider the smallest detail

Superb with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), CRM

This job is full time in the office, no WFH. Therefore, candidates must be local to Manhattan or within a sensible commutable distance. Candidates MUST have substantial NYC experience as an EA in Financial Services and must be US Citizens or Greencard holders.
HOURS: 9AM - 6PM 5 days a week in the office
SALARY: $150k upwards (depending on experience and aptitude) + 30% bonus
