Summary

As an Office Manager, you will be vital to influencing the office culture and creating a welcoming, positive, enthusiastic and high-performing environment. The Office Manager will oversee and manage daily office operations for our Chattanooga, TN office.

Essential Functions
  • Open and close the office daily.
  • Manage the reception/welcome area. This role will be the first interaction for guests and clients and is expected to represent the firm well.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails and mail.
  • Assist clients with routine tasks such as scheduling meetings and bill payment.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Manage office budget and expenses.
  • Partner with Shared Services to prepare for employee arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure proper setup and stocking of all desks. Work with Shared Services to maintain inventory.
  • Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and systems.

Position Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience working in a professional office, preferred.
  • This is an on-site role; remote work is not permitted.
  • Ability to work after hours during critical business times.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
