Job Description:

Join our dynamic TLG team! We're hiring a meticulous and efficient Administrative Assistant (part-time) to become an integral part of our operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth sailing across various administrative functions, including but not limited to full cycle recruiting support, detailed client tracking, seamless payroll processing, precise invoicing, and overall optimization of office efficiency.

Part-time Schedule

Monday 8am-3:30pm

Wednesday 9am-4pm

Thursday 9am-4pm

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll; collect contract employee hours, confirm/track hours through client approval, enter data into payroll systems, and update control sheets.
  • Generate, proof, and send invoices weekly to clients promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain and update the database, tracking client and candidate information promptly.
  • Assist with administrative functions related to onboarding, invoicing, and control sheet management.
  • Format resumes and prepare documentation following TLG best practices.
  • Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, including nominating and announcing the Employee of the Month.
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks as required.
  • Compile month-end meeting statistics and prepare reports.
  • Handle special projects and tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Ad hoc projects based on business needs.

Ideal Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience drafting professional emails and documents.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in administrative support roles preferred, with a proven track record of handling diverse responsibilities.
  • College degree is required, and experience in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
