In this role, you will:
Support internal and external customers with the objective of extending contacts regarding financial products and services
Generate new business from existing or new client relationships
Support less experienced Business Lending Relationship Management in interpreting and understanding complex policies
Perform or guide others on complex tasks and initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
Adapt campaigns to implement strategies and methods to increase efficiency and results
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Prioritize work and provide leadership and mentorship to the support team
Provide technical guidance on documentation concerns
Ensure that various segments of the market receive adequate support and coverage to encourage continued flow business
Execute various manufacturer programs and marketing campaigns
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to Business Lending Relationship Management on broad range of information Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Business Lending Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Supertrump or TValue
Prior financing experience

Flexibility to manage and prioritize multiple priorities
