Liquid Agency is looking for a Marketing Producer! This is a remote, work-from-away position (must be based in the US).
If you enjoy providing support in agency growth and business development efforts, we'd like to meet you.
You will produce deliverables for marketing and new business initiatives, overseeing all aspects of producing special business development and marketing projects including but not limited to: scoping, concepting, content development, scheduling talent as needed, final production and vendor relationships.
What you'll do
Manage and execute marketing & new business projects from initial concept to final deliverables
Monitor daily tasking/production workflow/deliverable status
Oversee deliverables making sure it meets the specifications and requirements of the project & Liquid Agency's Brand Guidelines
Routinely compile and manage production-related information such as: Project schedules, meeting calendars, meetings notes, project folders/files
Manage and support sales and marketing related events
Maintain marketing support systems and tools including Keynote and Google templates, event materials and giveaways (collateral, promo items, etc.)
Provide clear concise status updates
Meet with project teams to discuss lead objectives, timelines, and other project parameters on a regular basis
Participate in and project manage the development of marketing projects including on brand client-ready presentations and marketing collateral
Oversee deliverables making sure it meets the specifications and requirements of the project & Liquid Agency's Brand Guidelines
Archive and file management in accordance with agency process throughout the project
Coordinate marketing business operations
Manage pitch-related financials and resource management data are accurate throughout all internal systems specific to new business projects, marketing and social
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree (e.g. Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other related degrees) preferred
4-5+ years experience in agency project management or producer functions
4-5+ years proven success working within a creative or technical environment
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously; including multi-disciplinary team, budgets and schedule information
Excellent client and vendor communication skills
Successful track record aligning internal departments under the direction of separate leaders
Solution oriented, and possess creative thinking and analytical problem solving skills
Ability to travel up to 10%
Strong interpersonal skills (open, friendly and supportive attitude)
Solid understanding of marketing services processes, including online and offline projects and data management and migration
Strong digital acumen. Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite and project management applications
Strong organizational skills
Proven ability to quickly respond and resolve crises
Proven ability to remain flexible and provide alternatives as project evolves
Proven ability to direct project teams
Proven presentation skills (both written and verbal)
Professional communication skills
