Full-Time
Location: Monterey, CA (Remote, must work PST hours and flexible to travel on-site on a quarterly basis)
Pay: $111,571 to $149,198 (based on years of applicable experience)
Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot Workday HCM software, including Finance and Supply Chain modules
Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Configure and maintain Workday modules, including business processes, security and reporting
Identify system optimization opportunities and propose effective solutions
Participate in system upgrades, testing and deployment activities
Ensure data integrity and perform data analysis when needed
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM software, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules
Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security and reporting
Experience in system upgrade and testing activities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
