Job Description:

The Impact You'll Make in this Role:

  • The Brand Strategy Manager - Division will play a key role in advancing the Health Care global brand strategy, focused primarily on the division and their products.

  • They will be the division's key subject matter expert enabling training, governance, and compliance, supporting both internal and agency teams to drive brand equity and business growth.

  • As a(n) Brand Strategy Manager - Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Act as a bridge between the corporate brand and the division, consulting on how best to apply corporate brand strategy and insights into division marketing campaigns.

  • Support launch of new Client brand implementation tactics and lead division through steps of marketing materials migration.

  • Lead workshops for product naming, including generic descriptor development.

  • Lead workshops for value proposition and positioning for products and solutions.

Your Skills and Expertise:
  • To set you up for success in this role from day one, Client requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of brand, strategic communications or integrated marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

  • Experience in communications, brand strategy, or brand management.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Master's degree in strategic communication or brand management from an accredited institution

  • Highly collaborative and diplomatic, able to translate many conflicting opinions into focused, actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills; facilitation experience an asset.

  • Ability to understand and interpret insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to be agile in response to shifting timelines and business needs.

Skills:
  • Act as a bridge between the corporate brand and the division, consulting on how best to apply corporate Solventum brand strategy and insights into division activities.

  • Support launch of new Solventum brand implementation tactics and lead division through steps of marketing materials migration.

  • Lead workshops for Positioning, Value Propositions, and New Product Introduction naming, including generic descriptor development by following established processes and tools.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of brand, strategic communications or integrated marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

  • Experience in communications, brand strategy, or brand management.
