Our client in the exhibit and tradeshow industry is looking for a Project Estimator to join their team for a fulltime, direct hire opportunity. As a Project Estimator, you will provide accurate pricing information for exhibits, trade show booths, corporate environments, events, and other services, while keeping production methods and material costs in mind.
Responsibilities:
Estimating from various sources, maintaining vendor relations, and monitoring project adherence.
Work closely with Design, Project Management, and Account Management teams on budgets, timelines, design finishes, materials, and overall client goals.
Create estimates/proposals from floor plans, renderings, models, etc. for custom and rental exhibits
Provide recommendations for vendors and materials as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Estimation, Detailing, or Project Management within the trade show or exhibit industry
Knowledge of exhibit or tradeshow booth materials and fabrication
Effective communication, creative problem solving, and organization skills
Strong Microsoft Office/Windows skills required
Although this is a remote position, candidates must be able to drive to Indiana about 5x per year for important meetings/events, so candidates local to the midwest are preferred. No sponsorship is provided
