For the Client Commercial Branding & Transportation Division, manage a set of related responsibilities for our external marketing, sales and technical digital and physical assets.
It starts with our external asset routing process to ensure compliance and completeness.
Then ensure assets that need to be loaded to Adobe Assets are done on time and in full.
At times, minor edits are needed in Illustrator and InDesign and this person will make those edits.
More complex edits will be sent to an agency. Video and other files also need ADA compliance files and we use a 3rd party for this work.
This resource will work with this vendor and then manage the "asset relations" (for ADA files and others) and upload.
And, at times, we host US and Canada webinars to external audiences using these external assets.
This person will be the "producer", manage setup steps, and ensure all files are routed and uploaded.
These responsibilities involve cross-functional communication and execution, 100% aligned to our process documentation.
It also involves being proactive and staying current on changes and new materials from Corporate and then training others, creating and/or maintaining self-serve materials, and answering ad hoc questions for our division.
